when we arrived at the hotel we found in our room dirty blankets with cigarette burns and stains on them and when i called down to ask for new ones they said the hotel could not provide that, after arguing for a time, they finally conceded and brought up blankets that were no better. the next day they never cleaned the rom and when i called down for towels after being out all day since we never got clean ones, they again argued about how many towels i should be allowed to have! It's a hotel there should be an abundant supply of towels and blanket! we pay for those services! needless to say i was terribly disappointed and wont stay at that hotel again.

$* a night to park your car when you stay there. Lobby was nice upon entering but rooms are terrible! There is an iron and ironing board in the closet and our room (#736 in case you read your own reviews) had burns in the carpet in three places all shaped like the iron. Someone was bored, evidentally. Very noisy at night but makes sense that it wouldn't be well insulated because it is so old. We didn't sleep well at all. The rooms are tinnny! A family of three in a room with two beds could not all walk in the same room at the same time. Very uncomfortable beds and pillows. We stayed in a motel in Burbank the night before that was better decorated, cleaner and offered more than this sorry excuse of a place. Their website makes it look beautiful but it is nothing like what it portrays. It is smack in Korean Town and it is loud and questionable people walking all around. There is nothing and I mean nothing that is glamouris or anything like that website shows. Oh yes, when you take a shower there bring your rain boots because the water doesn't drain very well in the tub and you will be ankle deep before you've even started. Do yourselves a favor and either spend less for a Comfort Inn or much more for a Sheraton or Hilton and get a clean, comfortable and tasteful room. Spend your money on the Wilshire Plaza and throw your money away. It wll make you want to get in your car and go back home. Last warning....be advised that all deposits can take as much as five days to be returned to your bank account. Only batch once a week? What a surprise!

As stated on the internet, the hotel is convenient to a lot of attractions and downtown. However, the hotel did not meet the standard of expectations for amenities. The valet parking only requirement was a total surprise. The room was descent, but not over-the-top. The floors could use some steam cleaning. Free coffee was offered, but the room did not have a coffee pot, and it was not replaced. Housekeeping was good. Questions were answered in a timely manner. I would recommend the hotel if you only plan to sleep there.

If you just want a safe location and a clean room, on a budget, and not bothered about breakfast, or any extras just for a sleep over whilst you venture out, then this is the place. Just a drive away from all locations. Room is clean and ok, could do with updating but hey, for a few nights and for the money it great. The only bad thing about this place was that they charge you $$ per night for parking + tips to the valet services.
